Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as an Event Coordinator / Party Host / Field Staff . In this role, you will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests by overseeing events, assisting with party setup and clean-up, and ensuring a fun, safe environment for all participants. Whether you're organizing a Bubble Soccer tournament, leading a Foam Party , or setting up a Bounce House , your goal is to make every event a blast!
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination and Setup:
Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment (e.g., Knockerballs, archery gear, bounce houses, foam machines). Ensure all activities are set up properly and are ready to go on time. Prepare and maintain activity zones for safety and enjoyment.
Guest Interaction:
Greet guests and make them feel welcome. Lead participants in activities, explaining the rules and ensuring everyone is engaged and having fun. Provide customer service throughout events, ensuring guests have a great time and any issues are addressed promptly.
Safety and Supervision:
Monitor activities to ensure all safety guidelines are followed. Be proactive in addressing safety concerns and maintaining a safe environment for guests of all ages. Ensure all equipment is used correctly and handle any emergencies or incidents calmly and professionally.
Event Assistance:
Support the team in planning and coordinating various events. Assist in maintaining event schedules, ensuring events start and finish on time.
Event Clean-up:
Assist in cleaning up after each event, including sanitizing and storing equipment. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event spaces.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and stay organized. Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs). Must be comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer service or event planning. First aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience working with kids or large groups. Why Join Us?
