Job Description
Are you available on Sunday June 21st from 8am-8pm? Do you like to be OUTSIDE when you work? Are you a PEOPLE person? Do you like having a ton of FUN while working? Do you like HYPING people up? Do you like working with other PEOPLE? If you answered YES to any or all of these questions, then Grit 'N Wit may be for you! Grit 'N Wit is looking for extra event staff for ONE event next Sunday June 21st. This is the only date we are in the area as of right now. We need 2-4 people to help us on this day. If you cannot work on 6/21, then please do not apply! There may be more events in the future, but right now we are only looking for staff for Sunday June 21st. Grit 'N Wit is an On-Demand Challenge course that is made up of physical obstacles and mental puzzles for organizations looking for a unique and fun team building event. We are bringing an obstacle course to an event in Culver, Indiana on Sunday, June 21st. We will set up the obstacle course, run the event, break it down and load it back up to go home. We work outside and this day will roughly be about 10-12 hours of work. This would be great for personal trainers, sports coaches, teachers, performers (musical or theater), gig workers/event staff, restaurant workers, fitness coaches, race or obstacle course enthusiasts, people looking for quick work or additional income, College students and/or anyone else that is enthusiastic and outgoing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong critical thinker and communicator, creative problem solver Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to maintain calm and clear decision making in high pressure situations Passion for working events, working with people and leading teams to create an amazing guest experience Experience event production is a plus but is not required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. without assistance A "lead by example" mindset with an always positive outlook Be prepared and comfortable with working outside in all weather situations Must be able to manage high volumes of people with an efficient approach to accomplishing mission critical tasks Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to traverse a variety of outdoor terrain while carrying heavy course items Ability to work in heights, in darkened area, around crowds, loud noises and flashing lights For more information, APPLY NOW through this ad!
