This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, connecting with people, coordinating exciting events, and building community around the Harley-Davidson lifestyle. From bike nights and dealership events to social media campaigns and customer engagement, you'll play a major role in growing our brand presence and creating unforgettable customer experiences. Paid time off Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance available after 90 days 401(k) with employer match Employee discounts An exciting work environment surrounded by motorcycles and community events What You'll Do Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more Capture and edit photos and videos for promotions, events, and dealership marketing Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community Assist with developing marketing campaigns that drive dealership traffic, customer engagement, and lead generation Maintain consistent brand voice and adhere to dealership marketing guidelines Event Coordination Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events, rides, promotions, and community activities Work closely with department leaders to organize and promote events Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site event operations Help create exceptional customer experiences during events and promotions Manage event details, timelines, supplies, and assigned budgets Team & Community Engagement Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community Collaborate with team members to generate creative marketing and event ideas Represent the dealership in a positive and professional manner at all times What We're Looking For Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle culture Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Photography and/or videography experience is a plus Event coordination or marketing experience preferred Valid driver's license required Must be available to work Saturdays (work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday) Ready to Join the Team?
