This role is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that captures the spirit of the Harley-Davidson lifestyle—freedom, community, and performance. From bikes and gear to events and riders, you'll create content that fuels engagement, builds brand loyalty, and drives traffic to our showroom and digital platforms. Responsibilities Plan and shoot content for social media, website, and email campaigns Capture in-store, on-the-road, and event content featuring motorcycles, apparel, and customers Work with our marketing team to develop a monthly content calendar aligned with promotions, events, and dealership goals Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement Write compelling captions, blog posts, and promotional copy in the Harley-Davidson voice Collaborate with sales, service, and motorclothes teams to highlight inventory and customer stories Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on analytics Maintain brand consistency with Harley-Davidson guidelines Event Planning and coordination Qualifications 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related field Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and storytelling skills Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar Comfortable shooting photos and video on both professional equipment and mobile devices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Passion for motorcycles, powersports, or the Harley-Davidson lifestyle preferred Valid driver's license; motorcycle endorsement is a plus What We're Looking For A storyteller who understands how to create content that connects emotionally Someone comfortable behind the camera—and occasionally in front of it A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A creative thinker who can turn everyday dealership moments into engaging content What We Offer Health/dental/vision benefits Paid time off Employee discounts on motorcycles, parts, and apparel Opportunities to attend and create content at dealership events and rides A fun, high-energy environment built around an iconic American brand
