Job Description

Welcome to YBG Staffing! We are currently hiring 4 event staff members for a wedding reception on June 13th from 6:00 PM-11:00 PM in Hamilton, IN. This is a casual but professional event environment. Staff will assist with light serving, guest assistance, and light cleanup throughout the evening.
Attire required:
black bistro or white bistro attire. Reliable transportation and a professional attitude are required. Previous hospitality or event experience is preferred but not mandatory. We also have additional events scheduled throughout the summer for qualified staff interested in future opportunities. Please complete the JotForm application to be added to our staffing database. Assist with event setup and breakdown. Light food serving. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized environment throughout the event Support food service operations by serving food and beverages in a hospitable manner. Qualifications Previous experience in event serving, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions. Experience in food service. Professional, Polished appearance. Ability to work well in lively settings Bartending Experience.
