Based in Indianapolis, we specialize in connecting top brands with their target audiences through retail events and promotional campaigns. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Assistant to join our expanding team and help deliver high-impact brand experiences. As an Entry Level Event Assistant, you'll be part of a high-energy team that brings brands to life through face-to-face interactions. The Entry Level Event Assistant role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to build a strong foundation in event marketing and sales.
Entry Level Event Assistant Responsibilities:
Represent client brands at retail events, ensuring all products, services, and messaging align with brand standards Promote exclusive offers, products, and services with confidence and enthusiasm Initiate conversations with prospective customers and deliver engaging, informative presentations Create a positive and memorable customer experience through personalized interactions Conduct live demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits Track and record sales activity and customer interactions accurately Participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen sales and communication skills Maintain organized inventory and ensure all promotional materials are properly displayed Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of retail events
Entry Level Event Assistant Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or events is a plus but not required Prior Entry Level Event Assistant experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Full-time availability and ability to attend in-office meetings Quick learner with the ability to understand and present product knowledge effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results College coursework in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is a plus This Entry Level Event Assistant role offers a clear path for growth, hands-on experience in event marketing, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, customer engagement, and brand representation.
