Job Description

What You'll Do:
Assist in planning sales incentive trips and conferences. Support marketing and promotional campaigns across digital and print platforms. Create engaging content for social media. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Help manage event registration, communications, and attendee engagement. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for event themes and branding. Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools. A proactive, creative mindset and a passion for events and marketing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. #IN #HO #LI-LL1 High School or better. Bachelors or better.
