Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process. Handle guest services with professionalism, including registration, accommodations, special requests, and hospitality arrangements. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, or banquet facilities. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and vendor agreements. Excellent marketing acumen to promote events effectively and drive attendance. Demonstrated ability in upselling additional services or products to enhance revenue opportunities. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities. Experience in banquet operations or catering services is highly desirable. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, staff, and guests alike.
