Job Description
Responsibilities Department-Specific & Social Events Execution:
Works with Community Manager to coordinate day-of logistics - managing check-in process, volunteers/staff, raffles, assist with event photography/videography and set up/tear down plansEmployee Events:
Works with Community Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events. Communicates with applicable Department Heads and staff as directed to support successful event execution as directed by Community Manager. Qualifications Job Standards Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer Knowledge of general office equipment and technology Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written Exceptional customer service skills Demonstrates creativity, diplomacy and ability to remain calm under pressure Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to details Ability to plan and organize events by coordinating with internal and external resources Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independentlyKnowledge:
Strong English grammar and business writingLicenses:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to work and on occasion miscellaneous work-related trips of short durationSpecial Requirements:
Excellent working relations with community partners to ensure coordination of events Ability to move 20 pounds or more on a regular basis Visual acuity for computer work, and ability to type on keyboard up to 50% of timeWorking Conditions:
Unique office environment with multiple buildings and floors; outdoor events are customary Working hours will vary depending upon event type - weekends/evenings required Must have ability to move about the property and community in variety of weatherNote:
