Our team is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every member and guest, and we are seeking professional, service-driven individuals to join our front-of-house team. Ninth Floor Club + Venue is seeking a polished, hospitality-driven professional to join our leadership team as Member Services & Events Manager. This role is central to delivering an elevated private club experience while supporting the planning and execution of events that define the energy and culture of Ninth Floor. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Events to coordinate and execute all club and private events Meet with clients and members to assist with planning, timelines, menus, and logistics Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown Supervise banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management Work closely with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless execution Ensure event spaces are properly set and aligned with client and club expectations Maintain high service standards consistent with a private club environment Serve as a professional presence during peak evening hours Assist in dining room or cigar lounge operations as needed Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Schedule and Availability Primarily evening hours (approximately 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Must be available on weekends Schedule flexibility based on the event calendar Qualifications Experience in hospitality, food & beverage management, or private club operations Event or banquet supervision experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Duties & Expectations Lead by example and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Ensure consistent execution of service standards across all events Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and effectively Maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and vendors Be hands-on during events—this is not a desk-only role Benefits $40,000 potential starting salary - commensurate with experience Complimentary or discounted meals during shifts Access to club amenities (where applicable) Opportunity for growth within a premier private club environment Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Leadership development or management training Mostly off
