Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team in the Corbin, KY market. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing local events and shows to generate leads and schedule in-home consultations. Responsibilities Research and secure local events, shows, and vendor opportunities Negotiate contracts with event organizers Build and manage an annual event calendar Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators Schedule and manage staff for events Coordinate booth setup and teardown Generate and collect leads at events Schedule free in-home consultations from event leads Follow up on contest entries and convert them into appointments Track, measure, and report event performance Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality Strong organizational and planning abilities Ability to coach and motivate team members Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Must be available to work weekends Compensation Competitive salary Bonus opportunities based on performance Growth potential within a fast-growing company Apply Today If you are a motivated, organized, and energetic professional looking to grow with a leading brand in the home remodeling industry, we encourage you to apply.
