Part-Time Hourly (flexible schedule including nights/weekends) About LexLive LexLive is a premier entertainment destination offering a full-service restaurant and bar, bowling alley, movie theatres, arcade, and dedicated event spaces—all under one roof. From corporate gatherings and birthday parties to private screenings and social celebrations, LexLive delivers unforgettable experiences. Position Summary LexLive is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and guest-focused Event Coordinator to plan and execute events across our venue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable experiences, and excels at coordinating details across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from start to event completion Plan and coordinate a wide range of events including corporate events, private parties, birthdays, and special screenings Create customized event packages utilizing LexLive's restaurant, bar, bowling, theatres, arcade, and event space Coordinate event logistics including timelines, room setups, food & beverage orders, staffing needs, and audiovisual requirements Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure seamless execution Conduct venue tours and client consultations Ensure exceptional guest experience before, during, and after events Maintain accurate event documentation, contracts, and billing Assist with post-event follow-up and client feedback Support marketing and promotional efforts related to events and group sales Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, sales, or entertainment preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Sales-minded with the ability to build relationships and close bookings Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Proficiency with basic computer systems and event management tools Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a high-energy environment Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining their experience and interest in the role.
