The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly from conception to completion. This role requires a blend of creativity, marketing acumen, and strong project management skills to create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and entertainment. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each event. Develop marketing strategies to promote events through various channels including social media, email marketing, and print advertising. Utilize SEO techniques and digital marketing strategies to enhance event visibility and engagement. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all expenses align with financial constraints while maximizing value. Conduct research on industry trends to ensure events are innovative and competitive. Oversee the creation of promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite for branding purposes. Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure event performance and gather insights for future improvements. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the event lifecycle. Handle post-event evaluations and feedback collection to assess success and areas for improvement. Skills Proficient in digital marketing strategies including content marketing, multichannel marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce. Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing tactics. Experience with advertising sales and B2B marketing initiatives.
