You will leverage your expertise in logistics and hospitality to curate seamless experiences that uphold the highest standards of professionalism for distinguished guests and university leadership. Responsibilities Orchestrate complex, high-profile events from conceptualization to final execution across various campus locations. Manage end-to-end guest communications, ensuring all VIPs receive personalized and attentive service. Develop comprehensive briefing materials and itineraries to ensure stakeholders are fully prepared for executive functions. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline logistical operations and resource allocation. Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality while managing sensitive information within an executive office setting. Optimize event workflows to enhance the overall guest experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in high-level event planning or executive hospitality management. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in professional communication and stakeholder relationship management.
