We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and driven Events Manager to lead our private dining and corporate events division. Position Overview As the Events Manager, you will drive business growth by managing our inbound sales pipeline and proactively securing high-value corporate and social event bookings. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our operations team, ensuring flawless event execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities Drive Business Growth:
Manage the inbound sales pipeline and proactively secure corporate and social event bookings within the Burlington/Route 128/95 technology corridor.
Oversee Event Execution:
Collaborate closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event delivery and strict adherence to brand standards.
Staff Development:
Direct the onboarding, training, and mentorship of new private events staff, reinforcing corporate hospitality standards.
Manage Logistics:
Oversee all phases of event planning from initial inquiry to final execution, ensuring precise detail management and timeline adherence.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term partnerships with executive assistants, corporate planners, and local VIPs to secure repeat business.
Community Engagement:
Execute offsite promotional events to enhance local brand visibility and community involvement.
Crisis Management:
Maintain high performance under pressure, demonstrating strong organizational agility and problem-solving skills during live events.
Brand Passion:
Demonstrate deep knowledge of premium food, wine, and luxury hospitality standards to elevate the guest experience.
Sales Negotiation:
Achieve established revenue targets through the professional negotiation and closing of high-value corporate contracts. Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, upscale event sales, or premium catering. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and negotiating high-spend contracts. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational agility with the ability to pivot gracefully under pressure.

TripleSeat, Excel, Word The Perks Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure on an established $1M+ pipeline. Comprehensive health and dental insurance benefits. $500 annual professional attire allowance. Vacation accrual begins on the first day and will be available after 90 days.
