Lucky Lucy's has been providing pet-centric events to the community for over 14 years now. The Events Coordinator will be the point of contact for all events.
Job responsibilities include:
Researching local dog friendly events, and reaching out about participating as a sponsor/vendor Contacting pet friendly apartment complexes to host Yappy Hour events to promote our services Maintaining communication with all involved parties leading up to the event Setting up and running the event table, interacting with attendees to answer any questions about our company and services Taking event photos to be used on our social media Obtaining materials to put together event raffle baskets Organizing internal company events, including the holiday party and team-building opportunities Occasional creation of event flyers Brainstorming event ideas to extend our reach within the local pet care community Over the years we have participated in events such as the Somerville Dog Festival, numerous local town days, monthly Yappy Hour events, Paws and Pints at local breweries, and even Bark in the Park for Harvard! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fun, flexible and rewarding side gig!
Job Requirements include:
A love of animals Must be 18+ Have a driver's license and reliable transportation Customer service oriented background Must be a self starter Live in a town neighboring Medford or a town within our coverage area Consent to a background check.
