What You'll Do
    Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
    Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
      Lead Project Teams:
      Coordinate internal teams—including design, production, logistics, and operations—to deliver exceptional events on time and within budget.
      • Translate Client Vision into
      Reality:
      Develop detailed proposals, budgets, estimates, and presentations that align with client expectations and showcase our creative solutions.
        Manage Budgets and Timelines:
        Oversee all financial and logistical aspects of each project, maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
          Supervise On-site Execution:
          Attend site installations, make critical decisions, and uphold quality standards to ensure flawless event delivery.
            Coordinate Cross-Department Communication:
            Serve as the key liaison among clients, experiential designers, production, and logistics teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

            What We're Looking For
              Experience:
              3+ years managing complex, high-profile events from concept through execution.
                Client Relations:
                Proven ability to build rapport and manage relationships with high-end clients.
                  Financial Skills:
                  Comfort managing six-figure budgets, with a focus on profitability and resource allocation.
                    Resiliency:
                    Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure in fast-paced environments.
                      Ownership & Initiative:
                      Solutions-oriented mindset, proactive communication, and a high level of accountability for project outcomes.
