Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination to ensure seamless operations. Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and positivity. Handle cash transactions accurately during service or merchandise sales. Support safety protocols by monitoring crowd behavior and assisting with emergency procedures if needed Use public speaking skills to make announcements or provide information about event activities and bringing in a crowd of people. Requirements Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or food service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and assist throughout long shifts; comfort in busy environments is necessary. Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are a plus. TIPS or STARZ certification is a plus. Familiarity and experience with the alcohol industry. Sales experience necessary.
