Overview Join our dynamic team as an Event Barista and earn great money in a fun, fast-paced environment!
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
We are looking for energetic, reliable people with the right touch of hospitality that leaves guests eager to return. This role is a flexible, on-call position, serving specialty coffee at corporate events. Whether engaging in guest interactions, or providing exceptional customer service, your enthusiasm and professionalism will elevate every occasion. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop versatile skills in a lively environment, while serving exceptional drinks using our premium, locally roasted coffee beans. Duties Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks as well as other coffee beverages Provide exceptional customer service Manage cash handling duties accurately, adhering to all financial procedures Represent our company professionally and become an ambassador of our brand Assist with beverage service operations to ensure quality and efficiency, while expediting line control Work independently as well as part of a team Skills No Barista experience required - We prefer candidates with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. We will train the right person. Experience in events or hospitality environments with excellent organizational skills is a plus Reliable/dependable transportation Exceptional customer service skills and guest interaction Guest service engagement with a friendly and approachable demeanor This is not a traditional weekly schedule. Event dates and times vary based on client bookings, and opportunities may arise with limited notice. Ideal candidates are flexible and enjoy picking up shifts when available. This role is ideal for college students with flexible schedules or anyone seeking rewarding, part time work with strong earning potential.
