Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end events while also providing essential administrative support to the events management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Assist in the end-to-end coordination of high-end corporate and private events Support on-site setup, styling, and breakdown of event spaces to a premium standard Liaise with vendors, caterers, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery Monitor event timelines and ensure all elements are executed on schedule Serve as a point of contact for clients and guests during events, providing outstanding customer service Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise before or during events Administrative Support Manage event calendars, scheduling, and booking confirmations Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and post-event reports Maintain and update client databases and event files Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal team members Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting Research venues, suppliers, and event trends as needed Sales & Client Relations Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Assist in preparing and presenting event proposals to prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner What We're Looking For Required Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Professional presentation and a client-first attitude Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require Preferred Experience Background in events, hospitality, or a related field Experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Familiarity with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite What We Offer Competitive salary Hands-on experience with premium, high-profile events Opportunities for growth within the company A collaborative and dynamic team environment We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
