Summary of Position:
Youth Coordinator assisting with the Wege Prize Collaborative Studio providing assistance with marketing, event coordination, pre-work including marketing and social media strategy and deployment. They assist in the event planning and coordination, serve as design thinking facilitators with student teams, and manage documentation for grant reporting. They assist with assessments, preparing grant reports, defining and managing metrics and narratives, and they prepare an annual report. The position requires availability to work 8:00-5:00 during the event dates of July 20-31, 2026.
Position Requirements:
Ability to facilitate discussions in groups. Experience with Adobe creative suite Knowledge of design thinking methodologies Creative thinking skills Copywriting skills Be able to pass a university background check
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Facilitate group discussion Provide broad range of support for event and attendees Assist event staff and leadership as needed.
