Event Setup Crew & Delivery Driver (Flexible Year-Round or Seasonal Work)

Join the team at Xtreme Play N Go Party Rentals, one of Michigan's top event rental businesses! We're seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals to help us deliver and set up memorable events across the region.
Available Positions:
Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal (Summer, Fall), and
Contract Job Highlights:
Assist with loading and unloading rental gear at different event locations Assemble and disassemble tents, seating arrangements, tables, and décor Follow precise setup plans and accommodate specific customer requests Clean, inspect, and prep rental items for delivery and pickup Verify all deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness Keep equipment organized, staged, and event-ready Learn to safely operate box trucks (training provided) Work a variety of shifts (days, nights, weekends) Ensure safety at all times, especially in varying outdoor conditions Contribute actively to team success—no event is exactly the same
Ideal Candidates:
No prior experience needed—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn Previous experience in physical labor, delivery roles, or driving positions is a plus Able to comfortably lift and maneuver 25-75 lbs (team lifting encouraged) Positive, self-motivated, and reliable Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a team Must have a valid driver's license (Chauffeur's license & DOT Medical Card preferred) Must reside within 15- 20 minutes of
Ypsilanti, MI Compensation & Benefits:
