Brainerd BIR Events / Penmac Staffing Job Summary While Ticketing, Wrist banding / Gate Attendanting, you will play a crucial role in managing access control and guest experiences at our client events and facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include processing ticket sales, distributing wristbands, and overseeing gate operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Process ticket sales and distribute wristbands to guests Manage access control at event and facility entrances Provide exceptional customer service to guests Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure the success of our company's activities Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer facing environment Previous experience in hospitality, or a similar role is preferred Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Working Conditions This position involves standing for extended periods, occasional light lifting, and working in a bustling, customer-oriented environment. The role may require flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various event and facility hours. Compensation and Benefits This position offers $14 per hour.
