Job Description

The City of Maple is seeking a Special Events Assistant! You'll play a key role in executing event operations and providing facility support in collaboration with Parks and Recreation staff. Additionally, you will be tasked with setting up and tearing down events, assisting with concerts and movies at Town Green, and performing general facility tasks. This position will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a dynamic and diverse environment. Come and join our growing and diverse community!
  • This position supports outdoor concerts/movies from June to August, averaging 5 to 12 hours per week. From September to May, hours are event-based and typically range from 5 to 10 hours per month.
