LTD, a leading provider of innovative telecommunications solutions, is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to support the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate events, from industry trade shows and product launches to client-facing seminars and internal team-building activities. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner with outstanding communication skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences that align with our company's strategic goals. Responsibilities Assist the event management team in all stages of the event lifecycle, from initial conception and planning through to on-site execution and post-event analysis. Coordinate event logistics, including venue sourcing, catering, audio-visual equipment, and travel arrangements. Manage guest lists, send invitations, and track RSVPs to ensure accurate attendee records. Prepare and organise event materials, such as marketing collateral, presentations, name badges, and delegate packs. Liaise professionally with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure all services are delivered on time and within budget. Provide essential on-site support during events, assisting with registration, guest enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the schedule. Assist with tracking event budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to help promote events and maximise their impact. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role, such as event coordination, administration, or project support. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanour. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
