Event Planner / Community Outreach Ambiente Gallerie Chiropractic Minneapolis, MN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Free massages Employee discount Qualifications Community health & wellness Customer service Corporate event planning Event sales Full Job Description Position available for an Company Events Planner / Community Outreach in the general area surrounding and including Minneapolis for a 28 year established health and wellness office.
Job includes:
> developing and coordinating corporate and non profit wellness events, > masterminding other local community wellness events, > post-event follow-ups of events to nuture community/corporate relations, > meeting with perspective corporations and local businesses to partner with, > nurturing all current corporate and community relationships, > developing smaller promotional projects between bigger events. Creating Free employee massage days or doctor led workshops. You are someone passionate about health and wellness and/or you really enjoy reaching out to our local community to give them a chance to learn about our services. You get the benefits of working in. small office and really making a difference in people's health!! The ideal candidate has some background in planning and executing events, can self manage to stay on task with the current project, can multi-task like magic, is computer savvy (some experience with any design software is a +), and has exceptional communication skills (yes, that means you are a smooth talker in person and on the phone!).
