Event Rental Manager

Responsibilities Manage rental inventory, ensuring all items are maintained, organized, and available for upcoming events Develop and execute strategies to promote rental services and attract new clients Upsell additional product and services to maximize revenue opportunities Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms while maintaining excellent relationships Oversee event jobs ensuring timely setup, guest satisfaction, and smooth operations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving any issues efficiently Maintain customer confidence while providing exceptional customer service Experience Experience in event planning or management within hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or banquet environments desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines Organization and people skills a must

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
