Description:
We are seeking an Events & Activations Manager to lead the development and execution of CRISP & GREEN's brand experiences across markets. This role will be responsible for bringing the brand to life through wellness-driven events, community activations, and high-impact brand moments—from new store openings to influencer-led experiences and local partnerships. The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly executional, with the ability to create elevated, on-brand experiences while building scalable programs that can be implemented across markets. This position plays a key role in driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and meaningful community connection. Key Responsibilities Event Strategy & Calendar Development Develop and execute a year-round calendar of events and activations aligned with brand and business priorities Identify opportunities to bring the brand to life through wellness, movement, and community-driven experiences Ensure all activations reflect a premium, cohesive brand experience Event Execution & Production Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all brand events, including: Wellness series events (fitness, recovery, community experiences) Influencer and partnership activations Brand campaigns and key moments Oversee all event logistics including planning, staffing, setup, and on-site execution Travel to key markets to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution New Store Openings & Market Activations Lead planning and execution of grand openings, VIP events, and community activations Bring consistency and quality to how the brand shows up in new and existing markets Ensure events create strong first impressions and local buzz Partnerships & Community Engagement Support and execute local partnerships, brand collaborations, and sampling opportunities Build relationships with fitness studios, wellness partners, and community organizations Manage gifting and on-site brand integrations to enhance the event experience Content & Social Integration Partner with the Social Media Specialist to ensure strong content capture at all events Identify key moments for social storytelling and influencer amplification Ensure events translate into high-quality, brand-aligned content Vendor & Budget Management Manage event budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources Oversee relationships with event vendors, production partners, and merchandise suppliers Manage ordering and production of event materials and branded merchandise Scalability & Process Development Develop and refine event playbooks, toolkits, and SOPs to support execution across markets Create repeatable formats for wellness events and community activations Ensure consistency while allowing for localized market relevanceRequirements:
3+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, or community marketing Proven ability to plan and execute events across multiple locations or markets Strong understanding of brand experience and consumer engagement Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills Experience working with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as neededSimilar remote jobs
