Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Operations and Sales to drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a person with strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and organize events
Duties
Grow outreach and attendance for Tokyo Club and Witches & Wizards by cold-calling businesses, offices, and organizations to promote events and private parties."
Oversee event activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, however not required
Ability to self regulate and self motivate
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated success in team work and fostering a collaborative work environment
