W Van Horn Tavern Rd, Columbia, MO Job Description General Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing and executing various events hosted at Midway Golf, ensuring all aspects of the event are well-coordinated and delivered smoothly. Setting up and taking down buffets and assisting service staff as needed Oversee event logistics, including event setup, signage, audiovisual requirements, and any other necessary arrangements. Provide on-site event management and coordinate with other event staff to ensure that all elements of the event run smoothly and according to plan from start to finish. Receive and process event payments in a timely and organized manner.
Requirements and Skills:
Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, especially on nights and weekends. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff. Ability to lift 25 pounds, bend, stand/sit for long periods of time, and going up and down stairs
