We are hiring Last Mile Support Staff to support a large‑scale soccer‑related events coming to Kansas City at the Arrowhead Stadium this summer. These roles will be focused on guest assistance, wayfinding, parking support, and crowd flow for high‑energy event days. Last Mile Support Staff will assist patrons with finding their way to and from the stadium, support parking operations, and help maintain safe and efficient pedestrian movement. Team members will play a key role in delivering a positive and well‑organized guest experience throughout each event.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned. Assists with all aspects of event‑day preparation and execution Supports parking operations before and after events Provides wayfinding assistance, helping guests navigate to and from the stadium Assists with general crowd control and pedestrian traffic flow Maintains awareness of assigned areas to help ensure safety and efficiency Provides guests with helpful directions and information to enhance their experience Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests Performs all duties outdoors for the duration of the shift
WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE LONG

  • possible 12+ hour shifts per event day Outdoor work while standing and walking for extended periods Employees will park in designated employee parking areas and utilize shuttle transportation.
Expect additional walking from shuttle drop to the stadium for clock‑in/out, breaks, and uniform distribution

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to complete event credentialing prior to scheduling. Must be able to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug screen. Must be professional, dependable, and customer‑service oriented Must be able to work extended hours and overtime as needed Strong verbal communication skills required Ability to remain on feet and active for long periods of time in outdoor conditions
