Full-Time About Four Seasons Home Products At Four Seasons Home Products , we help homeowners fall in love with their homes again—whether it's through beautiful new bath remodels, shade-enhancing pergolas, or energy-efficient upgrades. We're expanding our outreach team and looking for a Events Coordinator to drive visibility, engage customers, and generate leads through company events, trade shows, and community events.
Position Overview Summary:
A dynamic and organized Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events that promote our home improvement services and products. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize company events, trade shows, and community events. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Manage event budgets, goals, and timelines. Promote events through social media and other marketing channels. Assist in developing event materials and presentations. Track event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Assist in hiring and managing event staff. Support logistics for transportation, setup, breakdown, and storage of materials. Represent Four Seasons Home Products in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with event planning software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus. Preferred Experience 1-3 years of event marketing, field coordination, or promotional experience; home improvement or retail experience is a strong plus. Exceptional organization and time management skills. Outgoing, customer-first attitude and professional presentation. Comfortable working weekends and some evenings during events. Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. Familar with logistical planning and ability to transport trailers to events using company provide truck Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
