Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all party room bookings, from initial inquiry to confirmation, execution, and follow-up. Serve as the primary point of contact for all park buyouts, group reservations, and community partnerships. Supervise, train, and motivate the Events Team and Street Team, ensuring consistent service quality and energy. Develop and maintain Street Team schedules, coordinate off-site promotional events, and represent the park in the community. Partner with marketing to execute local outreach campaigns, brand activations, and community initiatives. Conduct weekly follow-ups with past events to collect feedback and drive repeat bookings. Assist in developing new birthday, group, and fundraising packages to increase revenue and guest satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of bookings, deposits, invoices, and event feedback using POS and event management systems. Ensure all guest communications are timely, professional, and aligned with Big Air brand standards. Oversee event room cleanliness, décor, and supply inventory, ensuring readiness for every scheduled event. Collaborate with Floor Supervisors and F&B staff to ensure smooth coordination during large-scale events. Monitor and evaluate event operations, providing reports and improvement recommendations to the General Manager. Serve as Manager-on-Duty as assigned, supporting overall park operations during busy periods. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or ownership.
Education, Skills and Work Experience Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or Business preferred. Experience is not necessary as we will train you to where you need to be. Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities with a positive attitude and calm demeanor. Proficient with POS systems, scheduling software, and Google Workspace. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move throughout the facility. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
Work Environment:
Active, energetic indoor park environment with frequent interaction with guests and staff. May include occasional off-site promotional work or community events. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. Standing, walking, and light physical activity required daily. What we
