Position Summary Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and customer engagement activities. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in developing experience in event coordination, marketing support, and public-facing activities. Responsibilities Support event setup, operation, and breakdown activities. Prepare event materials, displays, and promotional resources. Welcome attendees and provide information during events. Maintain event schedules and organizational records. Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting. Represent client brands professionally at events and outreach activities. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution. Perform administrative duties related to event coordination and planning. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
