Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Coordinator to lead and expand our event marketing efforts in the Charlotte, NC market and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about driving results through event-based marketing. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and secure local events, trade shows, and community engagements Negotiate contracts with vendors and event organizers Develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators Schedule and manage event staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments Collect and manage lead information and contest entries Follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, outgoing, and results-oriented personality Excellent organizational and time management abilities Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Availability to work weekends and events Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay ($900-$1,200) Performance-based bonus opportunities Career growth and advancement potential Hands-on leadership experience in a rapidly expanding company Apply Today If you're driven, organized, and ready to grow your career in a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you!
