Event Staff Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Staff. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events by providing exceptional guest services and support.
Duties:
  • Assist in event setup and breakdown, including arranging fixtures, furniture, decorations, and equipment
  • Greet guests warmly and provide information about the products
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
  • Monitor products to ensure safety and compliance with event rules
  • Engage with customers throughout event
  • Provide support in events management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Familiarity with boutique or retail store is a plus
  • Excellent public speaking and communication skills
  • Experience working with children is desirable
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated conflict management skills
  • Must be able to follow simple directions
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation
