This energetic position offers the opportunity to work behind the scenes, ensuring seamless event execution while engaging with clients, vendors, and guests. As an integral part of our event management team, you will help coordinate logistics, support event setup and breakdown, and deliver exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression. This paid position is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, event planning, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities Assist with event planning and setup, including arranging furniture, decor, catering stations, and technical equipment to meet event specifications. Support venue management by coordinating vendor deliveries, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Facilitate smooth event operations by managing guest registration, guiding attendees, and overseeing flow of activities. Collaborate with catering teams to coordinate menu delivery, setup, and service during events. Manage time effectively to ensure all aspects of the event are executed on schedule while maintaining organizational standards. Upsell additional services or products such as premium packages or upgrades to enhance the guest experience. Experience Previous experience in hospitality, banquet service, restaurant work, hotel operations or events management is highly preferred. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and guests. Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments. Experience in event marketing or promotion is a plus for supporting outreach efforts. Familiarity with budgeting processes and contract management enhances your ability to support seamless event execution. Knowledge of catering operations or banquet experience will be advantageous in supporting food service logistics.
