In this dynamic role, you will lead the guest experience through exceptional customer service, innovative event planning, and strategic marketing efforts. You'll oversee daily operations of the tasting room, curate memorable events, and drive revenue growth by upselling and promoting our offerings. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend hospitality expertise with creative event management in a lively, engaging environment. Your leadership will ensure every visitor leaves with a lasting impression of our brand's quality and hospitality. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the tasting room, ensuring an inviting atmosphere that delights guests and promotes brand loyalty Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including tastings, private parties, and community gatherings to enhance guest engagement and increase sales Develop and implement marketing strategies for events and promotions to attract new visitors and retain loyal customers Upsell wine products, merchandise, and event packages to maximize revenue while providing excellent customer service Negotiate contracts with vendors, caterers, and event partners to ensure seamless execution of events within budget Oversee event logistics such as catering arrangements, banquet setups, and guest services to deliver memorable experiences Maintain organizational records including bookings, contracts, budgets, and guest feedback to optimize future planning Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent brand messaging Requirements Proven experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, or banquet management with a focus on customer service and event planning Strong negotiation skills paired with marketing expertise to promote events effectively and upsell products confidently Excellent communication skills for engaging guests, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with vendors Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets Experience in event marketing, fundraising, or community outreach is highly desirable Knowledge of wine tasting procedures, beverage service standards, and hospitality best practices Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm while maintaining a positive guest-focused environment Familiarity with budgeting processes and contract management in an event or hospitality setting Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
