Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, who will support the Bistro General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations while also managing ticket sales, reservations, guest communications, and on-site event hosting. Key Responsibilities Restaurant Operations
  • Assist in managing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Monitor staffing levels and manage shift coverage
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle cash management and daily sales reporting Event Planning & Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and execute events including private functions and in house winery- hosted events
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and detailed production schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and entertainment providers.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee event setup and breakdown. Ticketing & Reservations Management
  • Set up and manage ticketing platforms
  • Monitor ticket sales, track attendance, and generate sales reports.
  • Manage guest lists and RSVP systems.
  • Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special accommodation requests.
  • Process payments, refunds, and customer inquiries related to ticketing. Client & Guest Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
  • Communicate event details, confirmations, and updates to guests.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. Event Hosting & On-Site Management
  • Host and oversee events on-site to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise event staff, volunteers, and vendors.
  • Manage check-in processes and registration desks.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and implement solutions quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue policies. Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare post-event reports including attendance, revenue, and performance analysis.
  • Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
Pay:
From $40,000.00 per year
