In this role, you'll play a key part in planning and coordinating events and meetings at the Fargo Field Support Office-bringing people together in ways that support collaboration, connection, and culture. What You Will Do:
Create memorable experiences: Plan and coordinate meetings and events that support teams across the organization.
Own the details:
Manage schedules, spaces, setup, and logistics to ensure smooth and successful events.
Partner with stakeholders:
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet event needs and expectations.
Support hospitality efforts:
Coordinate catering, pantry needs, and event supplies to keep spaces welcoming and event ready.
Problem solve with confidence:

What You Will Need:
Event coordination experience: Experience supporting events, meetings, or similar coordination or administrative work.
Strong communication skills:
Ability to work effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels. Organization & attention to detail: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep details on track.
Technology proficiency:
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a professional setting.
Valid work authorization:
