6:00 PM•9:00 PM We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Event Assistant to help manage an upcoming event in Omaha. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. If you have a strong work ethic and thrive in event settings, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the merchandise table Greet and engage guests as they arrive Assist the speaker with materials before and during the event Perform inventory counts before and after the event to ensure accuracy Track attendee numbers Close out the event with detailed sales reports
Additional Details:
Pre-event interview and training via Google Meet or FaceTime Payment will be issued at the end of the night via Cash or CashApp Professional, fast-paced environment Perfect for individuals who are punctual, organized, and enjoy event coordination
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests Experience with retail transactions and inventory management High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, with the ability to arrive on time and stay through event completion If you meet the qualifications and are interested in contributing to a successful event, please apply today.
