1099 Independent Contractor (Freelance) About the Role Join our team for the internationally acclaimed Candlelight Concert Experience , a unique live music event illuminated by thousands of candles. As Event Staff, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth execution of the event. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests upon arrival Scan and validate tickets using the Fever check-in app Direct guests to their assigned seating Assist with venue setup and breakdown Manage guest flow before, during, and after the performance Provide excellent customer service throughout the event Follow instructions from the Event Lead and work collaboratively with the team Represent the Candlelight brand in a professional and friendly manner Requirements Must be available on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 10:30 PM Reliable and punctual Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Able to stand and walk for extended periods Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset Reliable transportation to the venue Dress Code All black attire Black pants (no rips) Black shoes How to Apply To be considered for this event, you must complete both steps below : Create your freelancer profile by registering here: https://oneworld.staffwise.app/staffarea/login.
