Job Description
Foundation Event CoordinatorThe Foundation Event Coordinator supports the mission of Regional West Foundation by coordinating fundraising events, managing administrative and financial processes, while supporting Foundation Board activities. This role works closely with the Director of the Foundation and represents the Foundation internally and within the community to ensure positive engagement, visibility, and support.
QualificationsEducationAssociate degree in a related field required; Bachelors degree preferredOREquivalent combination of education and relevant experienceExperienceTwo (2) or more years of experience in nonprofit, foundation, office administration, event coordination, or related workExperience supporting boards, committees, or leadership meetingsBasic accounting and budget tracking experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesTechnical SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with databases or donortracking systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyLicensureValid drivers license requiredKey ResponsibilitiesFoundation & Event CoordinationCoordinate and participate in Foundation events, meetings, and fundraising activitiesAssist with planning, implementation, and management of donor and employee engagement eventsPrepare materials for campaigns, presentations, and Foundation eventsWork with vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partnersTrack event expenses and assist with fundraiser budgetingBoard & Administrative SupportCoordinate Foundation Board meetings, including preparation of materials and meeting minutesAssist with scholarship correspondence and donor recognitionPrepare written communications, reports, and presentationsMaintain organized and accurate Foundation recordsFinancial & Database ManagementManage daily income, deposits, expenditures, and monthly financial reportsMaintain donor database and ensure accurate data entryAssist with annual budgeting and expense trackingUtilize spreadsheets and donortracking systemsCommunity & Organizational EngagementRepresent the Foundation at community events and organizational meetingsCollaborate with internal departments to support Foundation initiativesPromote a positive image of Regional West Health ServicesWhy Join Regional West?
