Job Description

Overview Events coordinator and executor with ability to work independently in managing events end to end from taking bookings to execution. Experience Required 1. Experience in events management including sports and other events (small to large scale) 2. Experience managing vendors 3. (Good do have) Interior designing and event decoration experience Essential Responsibilities Key Responsibilities includes - Build events pipelines and manage all event bookings, execution and client management. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. Coordinate event requirements with appropriate vendors and customers; Meet and discuss with clients on the specifics of the event including date , time & logistical requirements. Prepares and issues client proposal letters, thank you letters and any additional correspondence as necessary. Maintain meticulous record of sales activity Conduct onsite and off-site activities including sales calls, sales meetings and public relations activities. Submit regular sales activity reports to Senior Management Work closely with Senior Management in coordinating packages.
