Duties Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution from start to finish Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, caterers, and entertainment providers to secure the best terms and value Coordinate marketing efforts to promote events through various channels, increasing attendance and engagement Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for upselling or cost savings Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements—from catering to audiovisuals—are flawlessly executed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest experience Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment on event objectives and deliverables Requirements 3-5 Years of event management experience in a high volume restaurant, hotel or banquet hall setting Proven experience in event planning, management, or hospitality—preferably with banquet or hotel experience Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and vendor agreements Excellent marketing knowledge to effectively promote events and increase attendance Demonstrated ability in upselling additional services or upgrades to maximize revenue opportunities Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines Proficiency in budgeting, contract management, catering coordination, and guest services Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—to liaise effectively with clients and team members Experience in event marketing, fundraising, or hospitality industries such as restaurants or hotels is highly desirable Knowledge of event management software or tools is a plus Join us as an Event Manager and be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences!
