Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnerships & Community Specialist to support ZWO/Seestar's creator collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement efforts in the U.S. market. This role is responsible for managing partnership execution, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, events, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and capable of exercising independent judgment to manage priorities and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities Partnership & Creator Management Manage ongoing communication with creators, media contacts, and community partners Own partnership execution, including timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups Evaluate partnership needs and proactively address gaps or delays Support affiliate program coordination and track campaign progress Event & On-Site Execution Plan and coordinate event logistics, including equipment preparation and shipping Represent the company at exhibitions and community events as a local point of contact Ensure smooth on-site execution and independently resolve issues as they arise Content & Campaign Support Coordinate with partners to collect photos, videos, and campaign materials Ensure timely organization and delivery of content for internal use Support execution of marketing campaigns through coordination and follow-through Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align execution Manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met across projects Communicate updates, risks, and solutions clearly and proactively Logistics & Operations Ownership Coordinate product shipments for creators and partners, including address confirmation, tracking, and delivery follow-ups Maintain accurate records of product loans, seeding, and returns related to partnerships Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues related to partner deliveries Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of partnership-related shipments Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or above; preference for majors in Marketing, Communications, Business, education or related fields Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability and follow-through Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently or through prior internship/project experience Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), with the ability to manage documents, spreadsheets, and basic data tracking effectively Preferred Experience working with creators, influencers, or community programs Event coordination or on-site event support experience Interest in astronomy, photography, or consumer electronics
Pay:
