With decades of experience, we specialize in fire alarms, suppression systems, security systems, and ongoing service agreements. Position Overview The Part-Time Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities and company events across all company locations. This role plays an important part in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture through both small-scale monthly events and larger company-sponsored gatherings. This individual will work closely with Operations and Human Resources to coordinate events that align with company goals, operational schedules, and employee engagement initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Coordinate and execute monthly employee engagement activities, including food trucks, ice cream trucks, pizza trucks, and similar events Plan and manage larger company-sponsored and family-inclusive events, such as company picnics, sporting events, and employee outings Source vendors, obtain pricing and quotes, and manage event logistics from start to finish Coordinate catering, entertainment, event materials, and on-site event support Ensure all events are executed professionally and efficiently Scheduling & Coordination Schedule and coordinate alignment meetings across company locations Work with managers and department leaders to ensure events align with operational schedules and staffing needs Coordinate participation and communication between NJ, NY, and PA locations Employee Engagement Support Partner with Human Resources on employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities Assist with company-wide event communications and announcements Gather employee feedback following events to help improve future engagement efforts Administrative & Operational Support Maintain and update the company-wide event calendar Track event budgets, expenses, and vendor information Assist with additional culture-building and employee appreciation initiatives as needed Required Qualifications Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, office coordination, administrative support, or a related role preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations and Human Resources teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Ability to work independently while maintaining strongSimilar remote jobs
