Event Staff (Seasonal) - ParkStage Summer 2026 ParkStage is a large-scale, open-air performance venue launching in summer 2026 at the East Freehold Park Showgrounds, developed through a partnership between the Count Basie Center for the Arts and Monmouth County Tourism. The venue is designed to host thousands of patrons per event across general admission, pit, and premium VIP experiences. We are seeking friendly, attentive, and service-oriented event staff to help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival Scan tickets and assist with seating and wayfinding Provide accurate information about the venue, amenities, and event details Monitor crowd flow and help maintain a safe environment Respond to guest needs and escalate concerns as appropriate Assist with selling ParkStage merchandise

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the venue as needed during events Previous guest services or event experience preferred, but not required Interested candidates should apply on The Basie website at https://thebasie.org/jobs/.
