Job Description
Role Overview Reporting to and assisting the Colab Community Manager, Bell Works New Jersey Director of Colab, and Bell Works Property Manage as needed. Primary Responsibilities As a Colab Member Experience Associate, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter your office. While your day may not look the same, here's what it could look like: You are the first face people see while you're preparing the office for the day: checking the coffee is stocked, conducting an opening space walkthrough to confirm the workspace is ready for primetime, and stocking shared amenities as needed and backing up our porting staff as needed. You're proactive and take ownership over managing inventory and ordering your location's supplies. You help support events and take the extra time when it comes to the design of unique signage because you know the magic is in the details. You add new members into multiple systems so their first day in their office is seamless and memorable. Daily oversight of the Colab meeting rooms, and ensure they are being maintained to our set standards, and both pre booked and last minute pop up bookings are running smoothly You assist a member with IT or wifi issues should they ever come up - no job is too big or too small for you to tackle. You dip your toe in local marketing events - ensuring any prospective member knows the true value of our flexible solutions. You take a walk-in-tour while your Manager is assisting another potential member. Coordinate with security, cleaning crews, maintenance, and external vendors to resolve urgent issues impacting member experience. You can balance hospitality with enforcement—making members feel cared for while upholding standards that protect the community. Additional Responsibilities Colab Networking & Events Support Provide feedback on event programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact they have. Set up, support events that help to create and drive our community and execute and support events planned by the team when applicable in the building. Distribute all necessary info to promote the event including creation and posting of weekly events posters and individual event posters. Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (elevators, HVAC, etc.). Building Operations and Management Know and explain our building policies and procedures and communicate and update members on building issues via email, in-person Liaise with the in-building management team, third party vendors as needed to ensure space is kept up to our standards. Role Requirements:
Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day. Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.
