This role is responsible for attending events, school assemblies, community outreach opportunities, and other promotional activities to increase awareness of British Swim School and generate new customer leads. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with families, is comfortable speaking with groups, and can work independently while representing the company in a professional and engaging manner. Key Responsibilities Represent British Swim School at community events, festivals, health fairs, school functions, and promotional activities. Assist with and participate in school assemblies and educational presentations. Set up, maintain, and break down event displays, tables, tents, signage, and promotional materials. Engage with parents, children, educators, and community members to share information about British Swim School programs. Collect lead information and distribute promotional materials. Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic brand presence at all times. Transport event materials and supplies to and from event locations. Provide feedback to the Marketing Manager regarding event performance and community engagement opportunities. Assist in identifying new outreach and promotional opportunities within the community. Accurately track event attendance, leads generated, and other requested metrics. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Reliable personal vehicle and transportation. Ability to travel to various event locations. Availability to work weekends. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable speaking with groups and engaging with the public. Preferred Experience in marketing, promotions, customer service, event coordination, education, or community outreach. Experience working with children and families. Familiarity with social media and community engagement efforts. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to set up and break down event displays and promotional materials. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required. What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule.
